• Comment: Jose gave me a call an hour before arrival and was on time. He explained what he would be doing with my tile and grout. I wanted it sealed so he told me the extra charges as well as suggested I have a deeper cleaning with a brush done. I wholly agreed with his suggestion. He worked alone and was done in a couple of hours. He completely explained to me how long I needed to be off the surface and gave me a suggestion on a solution to clean the grout. I was very satisfied with the technician as he knew what he was doing. I would ask for him to return and recommend Dalworth and Jose to any friend needing this work. In fact, I have already recommended him to two friends who need tile cleaned....one in Rowlett and one in Rockwall!
