• Comment: The technician (Vinny) did a great job -- explained whether a spot would be eliminated or could not be removed due to the makeup of what caused the spot. Carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction and he did not leave until we were completely satisfied.with his work. Took a little longer for the carpet to dry since we did the all of the carpeted areas and it took a while for the air conditioning to remove the moisture from the carpets even with the help of fans. I will use Dalworth Clean again the next time we need carpets cleaned.
