• Comment: No carpets only tile and grout sealing. Everything looks great but I do believe he should have wiped up the gunk along the edge of the floor at the baseboards. I didn't expect the baseboards themselves to be cleaned, I didn't pay for that service, but the floor below where the machine pushed the stuff it picked up from the floor. I was having a party the next day and discovered the mess the morning after the cleaning. Extra work for me at the last minute. Also wondered if the grout would come cleaner with a second cleaning or if that's the best it will be. This is a new used home for us. Your comment below aobut calling for a response makes me think someone is not really reading this. If a response is required it should be picked up in the comments by your represenative!
