• Comment: For years, we have considered DalWorth Clean to be a very reliable company with a good reputation in the business community, which is why we chose to give you guys our business. The technician, Chris, seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful with information regarding the cleaning and care of our carpets. While we realize we need to have them cleaned professionally on a regular basis -- as well as the occasional spot treatments -- we have had a forced retirement for one of us as well as job loss for the other making it difficult to have the funds for such care. As senior citizens now living on a fixed income, we will likely only be able to do one - maybe two rooms at a time. At some point in the future, we also need the air ducts cleaned. Even though it cost us a hundred dollars more than we planned due to the heavy stain and soil, Chris was able to remove the bad ugly stains in our living room making them look almost new again!
