• Comment: The grout looks good but the floors were left sticky and streaky and/or dirty in spots. Requested a follow up to finish the job correctly. Also, I thought the grout would be sealed and the technician never asked if I wanted this done. While technician was technically on time, it was exactly at 1:00 (the end of the window) and I was ready to call to reschedule.
