• Comment: I am not sure that this is even part of my service but I've had my carpet cleaned many times and every time he puts protectors under my couch and rakes the carpet after he is done. My tech did not do this until he was asked to. The drying time could've been greatly reduced had he moved the fan in the living room. It was one that pointed straight down and under it was dry but the rest of the room not. He was a man of very few words.
