• Comment: I was out of town and my daughter met the technician at the house. Since the house was empty, drying time was not an issues for me. I only heard good things from her about the service they performed. (I did not hear about his appearance or attitude-so I rated them as "good". There was some doubt about the ability to save the badly stained carpet, but it came out looking great. The $97 for carpet cleaning saved me having to replace the carpet. Thanks!
