• Comment: I was very pleased with your service. I received a call at 12:30 p.m.telling me that the technician was ahead of schedule (they were scheduled for 2-4 p.m.) and asked if he could come immediately. I explained that I had just sat down to eat my lunch and could they wait until 1:00 p.m. They agreed, and the technician was at my door at precisely 1:00 p.m. He came in, explained what he was going to do and asked questions about furniture moves. I gave him information on what was to be moved and what was not. He told me what things he could move and what he could not (beds, dressers, etc.). I made it clear that I didn't need him to clean under these heavier pieces. He jumped into the job and was done within an hour. I inspected his work and determined that it was an excellent job. After the cleaning, he offered me the option to treat with Scotch Guard and I determined that would be a good idea. He then applied the SG, I signed the papers and he left. Everything was put back into place where it should be and the carpet is beautiful. Thanks for a job well done. I'll definitely use you guys again!
