- Comment: I called one time scheduled an appointment I thought for oct 11...no one showed up!! Called back in on oct 11...no record of me ever calling!! The 2nd call the representative did all she could to make me happy and correct the issue. A week later the technician showed up and did an AMAZING job!!! Best money I have ever spent, aside from a small initial setback!!!!
