• Comment: There were three spots, that when they dried, they were orange in color, indicating stains that did not come up from cleaning. A very large one in front of the large bookcases in the master bedroom, and two smaller ones in the first small bedroom in front of the bed. None of us saw these stains, but when the carpet dried, there they were. I will be in touch with you to see about redoing these three spots. Rest of the carpet looks good.
