• Comment: I had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday between 2 and 4 o'clock. When no one had come at 4:00, I called. They tried to reach the technician, but could not locate him. By this time, it was close to 5:00. They offered to send someone else, but I had plans and also it would have been very late in finishing the job. I rescheduled the job for the next morning at 8:30 a.m. Costel was excellent. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results. I will request him the next I need any cleaning.
