• Comment: My tech was Casey, and he had what I considered a huge mess to clean up. One of my darling dogs was a tad upset during my week long vacation and decided to use the restroom in our media room...#'s 1 and 2 if you get my drift. My son did his best to clean the soiled areas to no avail. Casey came in and went over a pet treatment process that would best clean the area. The outcome was remarkable!!!!! The carpet looks amazing. I also had Casey clean the master bedroom carpet and it looks awesome. Will request Casey for my future cleanings as he saved me from replacing the carpet......which would have cost far more than what I spent to have the carpet professionally cleaned.
