Comment: On line personel's quote was higher when I receved e -statenemt.Called to resolve and Personel said they would send me email with corrected quote and had failed to apply discount but would need IT department to send new corrected quote. Your Personel callled to reschedule me due to emergency. I had to remind Personel to send me corrected e-mail quote. A couple days later I got the corrected quote by Email. Need to be more proactive on sending and fixing statements. Hove Sevice was excellent.
