- Comment: Adam noticed some broken glass on my porch and asked for a broom and dustpan so he could sweep it up. Also, I don't like talking on the phone but Jenny, who set up the appointment made me very comfortable. In fact both people I talked to on the phone (I believe the other person's name was Nancy) were exceptional at their jobs.
