• Comment: There were 3 spots on the carpet that were missed. I spot cleaned them and they came right up. There were 3 other stains on the carpet that I would have preferred that he tried harder to get out, rather than just going over them the same as the rest of the carpet. Spot treating these stains isn't removing them, and he may not have been able to get them out either, but I would have preferred a little more effort there. Its ok.
