Comment: We had had a house fire and the house was vacant. I met the technician at the house for the cleaning. I was surprised that the technician did not have a copy of my on line order to know what areas I wanted cleaned. On my on line order, I had indicated that I also wanted the master closet cleaned, but as I walked him through the house telling him what I wanted done, I overlooked mentioning the master closet. I paid the bill, which was just what the on line pricing was. Upon moving back home yesterday, I realized that the master closet had not been done. I would like a refund of that service. Your technicians should have a copy of the purchase order when visiting the client's home.
