• Comment: The first technician for the job - refused the job. Later in the day Harold came and inspected the job and he and the dispatcher were able to rearrange his schedule for him to come back the next day. He did a fantastic job - very meticulous cleaning in all areas. I had lots of cat odors and litterbox accidents that he cleaned - so he used lots of cleaner on the carpet and couch sectional. He did say the cat urine inside the couch did not come up - he told me ahead of time that would be the case. I highly recommend Harold as an excellent technician and employee who went the extra mile, had a positive can do attitude, and did a great job! When recommending DalWorth, I would tell others to specifically ask for Harold!! Thank you Harold and Dalworth. I am very happy with the excellent and thorough job!
