• Comment: I am age 84. I thought it would be nice to have someone clean my carpet. After I received, by E-mail, the paper work, I read that It was best for me to vacuum the carpet. This I did, but I had thought that this would be done by your company. I worked hard to move the furniture so it would be easy for the technician. My carpet is about 2 2/3 years old; therefore, it was not real dirty. However, my path from my office to the kitchen had shown the need of cleaning. I had hoped that the cleaning would help this area, but it did not seem to do so. After the carpet dried, I ran the vacuum cleaner over the area in the kitchen, but it did not really help very much. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? George Wilmott
