• Comment: Chris was a real delight to work with. He obviously knew his stuff and took the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. He cleaned a large tile floor with lots of pet odor and stains yet he helped ease my guitly feelings about such a mess. He said "Would it help if I told you that I've seen a lot worse?" I really appreciated that. And the floor looks great! He was not on time (maybe 15 minutets late) but it was because of traffic and construction. I appreciated that he told me that. I would certainly recommend Chris.
