• Comment: Perhaps we're nitpicking, but the need to help move furniture even though we've specifically paid for it was slightly disappointing. Then again, considering the age of the people that came, I suppose that's not a huge surprise? I guess we shouldn't have expected all technicians to be built like movers, but still. Professionalism of the technicians were otherwise great and they were competent at cleaning all areas they could reach.
