Comment: I received a phone call from your office Saturday morning stating a tech was in the area and could come right away so I said to send that person. When the tech arrived, he told me his upholstery cleaning machine had broken and would be unable to clean my chairs, and I would have to re-schedule for that service. The person who called me should have relayed this to me. I would have told her to send someone else if possible. It is very difficult for me to arrange a time to be at home on Saturdays. The technician did a fair job in my opinion-not the best I have had other times.
