• Comment: We had our Tile and Grout cleaned. I was very impressed with the young technician, Kermit Zachary that did it. He came back the second time because we wanted him to redo the color of the Grout, which he had to order it. He was very professional, answered all of our questions and even gave us some hints as to how to take care of the tile. He got on his hands and knees and with a tooth brush but the Grout color sealer on and we love the color. He went over and beyond our expectations and he did an excellent job. The next time we call Dalworth, I really hope he can come back. He really cares about doing the best job possible and cares that his customers are happy. We were very impressed with this young man. That is something you don't get very often anymore. I would highly recommend Kermit Zachary to anyone. Thanks so much. Nancy Bell
