• Comment: The service technicians were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The carpets looked exceptionally nice - there were a couple of spots that did not come out but it was not their fault , They were caused by an liquid that is often permanent. The were able to lighten them some. Before leaving the were very concerned that I was aware that as long as the carpet was damp I should be very cautious when stepping from the carpet to the tile floors because they would be very slick. I was very careful and did not have any problems. I have to use a walker so they were more concerned than maybe with someone that doesn't have a walking problem. I appreciated it very much and it made me even more aware of moving around. Thank you for your service and attention to my needs,. Phyllis Kimbrell
