He is a lovely, competent and friendly person, who has excellent social skills and a wide range of technical skills which together made the typical cleaning service more of a pleasure than an ordeal. Comment: Still have blood stains on the carpet which are much more noticable now that the carpets are cleaned. Technician coming out again to try and spot clean the stains again.

Comment: I also used the tile cleaning service for the first time, and am absolutely amazed at how great the grout in our extra bath looks. Had turned a dark grey and when the technician was finished, the color had returned to the original light beige.

Comment: After initial cleaning, I was happy with everything except my bedroom, especially the area where the dogs walk back and forth and where one of them sleeps. Richard came back and gave that part extra pre treatment and steam cleaning. It looked much better and I was happy with it.

Comment: My issue with the on-line order was that my appoint did not get booked - therefore I did not receive service when desired and had to work with customer service to schedule an alternate time. I called the day prior to anticipated service to confirm and discovered that I did not have an appointment. Otherwise, the customer service representative Jasmine was very helpful and courteous.

Can't say enough good about the service and communication with the Sales Rep, Dispatcher and crew. Having purchased a home in the Area but still out of town Dalworth arranged to come in, make assessment and provided the cleaning and treatment options that best fit my needs. Can't recommend them highly enough and definitely plan on continue using and recommending them. Description of Work: Carpets Cleaned and additional Pet treatment.

Comment: My technician was not late he was 1 1/2 hours early and it was a good thing I had left a check with my son and that he was home because he was getting ready to leave as the guy pulled up at 1:30. My appt time was 3-5. No one called me and said can we come now?

Comment: I wanted my sofa sleeper mattress cleaned as well and online I put that I wanted it cleaned so when they showed up to clean it they said it was an extra charge and online it didn't show an extra charge. I called the office and they waived the extra charge for me, so thank you! But you should change that online if there is an extra charge for things so people know beforehand and not at the time of cleaning.

Comment: I've been using Dalworth for years. This technician, Stephen was THE BEST I've ever had. My carpets are so clean, all the spots are gone! I highly recommend Stephen.
