• Comment: The carpets were all still very wet after the 3 hours we were told it would take for them to dry. We walked on them as little as possible while we placed as many fans as we could gather together (5 fans) for drying 3 rooms and a hallway. The fans were kept on all night and the carpets were dry the next morning. We were told in the explanation of services that "drying fans" would be used, but our technician did not use any fans before he left. The technician, James, did an excellent job of getting up the many stains and totally cleaning all the carpets requested. We are very pleased with his service and look forward to having our guests (that are coming soon) enjoy our clean home. Maybe next time, we can recommend 'drying fans'.
