• Comment: I used Dalworth for the first time in July 2012. My experience was wonderful...you were my favorite contractor that I used with a move from Canada to the US. They went so far over and above my expectations. That said, they set the bar very high. My only suggestion is to ensure your phone reps are more clear and transparent...and potentially review previous notes on the property being cleaned. We have a lot of heavy and large furniture which requires a 2+ man crew. For my October 12 service, they sent one person. With a few calls, you corrected the issue and sent another gentleman to assist which was much appreciated. I feel the last minute fix would not have been required if the phone reps would have been more transparent and listened better to my questioning on the moving of furniture. Granted, my expectations were very high from my first experience. I am using your service for my slate floors again in November and have recommended your organization several times to friends.
