Comment: Wished there had not been confusion about the discounts and adjustments made on the phone. When technician arrived they were not aware and caused delays. The girl that took my phone call about the adjustments did not email a revised itemized list of work I requested and would have really appreciated one if she said she would do it as soon as we got off the phone. I had taken notes as we spoke but didn't have a hard copy from Dalworth when tech arrived.
