• Comment: Sam was just so nice. He really took the time to explain to me what needed to be done to the various dirt spots I had. My carpets are 8+ years old. One had a really bad stain. I knew it wouldn't come out 100% but he got a lot more of the stain out than I was expecting And my stairs look like new. I used one of your competitors last time. They advertised they could make the carpets look like new. I sure didn't think so. Hardly looked clean. My carpets definitely looked clean this time. Even my husband commented how nice the looked.
