Comment: The phone contact (Jasmine, I believe) sent me the wrong invoice price for our agreed-upon order. Then when I called back for it to be fixed, she said she would send me a correct invoice right away. This did not happen. So I had to email both customer service and management at Dalworth to get a correct invoice. I finally received it. This was my only poor experience with Dalworth, as the technician did a fine job.
