Comment: 1. It was my fault that I did not ask the phone representative if your company used contract/sub-contract techs. I typically do not use a company where I have to deal with a third person for services at my home. If I had know that the technician was not an actual employee of your company I probably would not have used your company. I should have asked. 2. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the technicians equipment. The drying fans had obvious dirt and lint hanging from the fan guards. His vacuum equipment and steam machine looked like it needed to be cleaned between jobs. The interior of his truck where he kept his equipment was rather stained and dirty. I also think there needs to be a nylon net/bag tied to the end of the discharge hose to catch the cleaning water discharge residue. 3. The technician worked very hard for several hours, he was very accommodating to answer my questions about your company and the work that he was going to do for us. The first question to him being; was he a contractor or company employee. The reason being he had no company identification on his van. I was disappointed, but allowed him to continue working. I was very satisfied with his work and attitude while he was here. I appreciate how hard he worked to clean our carpet and tile. Thank you, Jerry Webber
