• Comment: Chris did a good job and fully explained what he would do and what furniture he would not be moving. We did purchase "deep rotary cleaning" for 4 high-traffic areas at an additional cost of $300 and I would have preferred to know about that option while on the website. Chris had a pressure valve break right before he started, and the delay was almost 2 hours while he went out to get the part needed. We understand these things do occur, but the delay forced us to change our plans for the afternoon/evening. Carpets look good and we think the cleaning will tide us over until we replace the carpet. Chris did a good job of putting blocks or cellophane under furniture legs. We're satisfied with the service.
