• Comment: I thought Kermit was a nice man. The problem I had with him is that he stayed on the phone and talked for 10mins before coming in and I had to go somewhere. Kermit was late and I was kept well informed of the appointment ,but he rushed through the job. He arrived at 3:00 and stayed on the phone for 10mins talking on the phone. He came in my house at 3:10 and I informed him I had to leave by 3:30 to pick my daughter up at the airport. This job was carpet repair and its holding up so far. We will see.
