• Comment: We have a very thick high quality carpet with a 20 yr warranty. Our dog recently died of cancer and was very sick the last couple of days of her life so we had some serious stains that had to be dealt with. The technician did an awesome job of cleaning our carpet and the spots are gone. We don't mind that it took longer to completely dry. Thanks for the survey!
