• Comment: issue was water damage on brick floor. A crew came out on Friday that said they did not know how to to do the job. James Klorman sent a different crew out on Monday. Andrew Bailey, the lead technician, understood the problem right away. He called out a foreman and together they figured out the best product and procedure to repair the damage. I am grateful that they took their time to make sure the technique they used would work and produce a positive outcome. All three men that were here on Monday were extremely nice and polite and explained what they would do and why. The water damage was completely gone when the job was finished. Thanks to Andrew, his assistant and the foreman.
