• Comment: I really liked the ease of online scheduling and the ability to custom build and modify my service order. At the same time, it was great to be able to add on services (i.e. carpet repair) after the technician arrived. I am so pleased with how clean our kitchen tile and grout is now, as well as the two areas of carpet we had steamed. Thanks to our technician and Dalworth we are now ready for the holidays!
  
  One additional comment: I think Dalworth should invest in credit card readers for mobile credit card pay to make it faster and easier for the technicians to run charge payments.
