Comment: I called back in September to request Chris Leitner as my service technician to come out between 9-11am on Tues., 11/3. I planned on him finishing up before my cleaning people came that afternoon. On the morning of the 3rd, I received a call from your office saying that Chris would be late coming to my house, as he had another customer before me. When I called to make the appointment I was given no other option for morning service than 9-11am. If I had known you were going to book Chris before me, I would have requested an earlier slot, like 8am. Unknown to me, you booked Chris with someone else before me, causing Chris to be late to my house, which meant I could not get my usual cleaning done as he was still cleaning the carpets while they were there. I would have appreciated notification beforehand that you were scheduling someone else before me, as I could have made other arrangements, or least known ahead of time this would happen. I have no compliant with Chris' work, as he is excellent. My complaint is with the scheduling crew.
