- Comment: The two service technicians were addressing the problem of carpet coming loose on two stairs, which is a safety hazard. Dalworth got people out the day I called, They explained why the carpet came loose, what it would take to fix it, and what my options for service/payment were, When they left the problem was fixed and the carpet was cleaned. Great job.
