• Comment: Drying time took longer because we did the pet remediation and had the really soak the carpets. One thing I'm confused about...we had our carpet cleaned about three weeks prior to this, and had DslWorth look at it with a blue light due the the fact a tenant with three dogs had just moved out. They only found one pet stain. Three weeks later, my dog was sick on the carpet right in front of me, so we had Dalworth come again. I had him check the rooms again, and the carpets lit up like a crime scene...at least 15-20 stains in each room. Not to mention, he's house trained. No way my dog could have done that, as we keep the doors to the guest suite closed. I don't understand why the first team didn't catch it. We could have charged the tenant for the remediation.
