Dalworth sent George to us in November for our appointment, when we need our carpets cleaned again after the Holidays we did not hesitate because George was GREAT!!!!

Comment: Enrique explained what methods Dalworth uses to clean furniture. He even called the manufacturer because the cleaning method to use was unclear from the factory. He discussed options and spent quite a lot of time going over the sofa to make sure I would be pleased and that all of the dirt and oils was removed. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

Comment: I want to thank you for sending the technician that you sent to my house. He was such a pleasant person and enjoyed having him. He was informative and friendly so I did not have any doubts of how my carpet would look. Thanks again, and I will only use Dalworth from now on. He was very well dressed and could not have had a nicer man do my carpet cleaning. Made my Valentine's Day a little nicer having him here.

Comment: I was having the carpets cleaned after tenants were evicted. The technician accurately informed me about the horrible condition of the carpets and honestly told me that the work could not be guaranteed due to the stains and trash. I requested that he do his best so that when I was back in town I could make a decision about replacing the carpets. He called me when he finished and said that the carpets cleaned up better than anticipated. He did a great job and I appreciate the straightforward communication.
