Comment: WE ARE A CHURCH AND HAVE A HOMELESS SHELTER A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM US. WE HAVE AUTOMATIC LOCKS ON THE DOORS TO PREVENT ANY THEFT OR LOOTING. YOUR TECHNICIANS PUT A BLOCK OVER THE AUTOMATIC LOCKS BYPASSING THE LOCKS. THEY LEFT IT THAT WAY. WE COULD HAVE HAD MANY ISSUES WITH THIS.

Comment: They tried their best to remove the red wine stain but had no luck. They explained why it didn't work and apologized. I appreciated the effort even though we were very disappointed they couldn't get it out!

Comment: In the past the tec had tool to do a minor carpet repair. This one didn't. I needed a minor stretch in living room but not worth calling for a separate call.

He gave me realistic expectations about what he could and couldn't do for my carpet cleaning job. The carpet looked and smelled GREAT when he was finished. He was fast and efficient. I enjoyed having him clean my carpets. Yes, I would highly recommend both Travis and Dalworth clean to my friends and family. Thanks and keep up the excellent work! Comment: IF THERE WAS A SPECIAL FOR SENIOR CITZENS THAT WOULD BE NICE I HAVE SPENT ABOUT 700 IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS. IT IS HARD WHEN YOU ARE A SENIOR CITZEN WE CAN NOT AFFORD THE NECASSARY THINGS BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS THOUGH AND I DIDNT HAVE TO TAKE THE EXTRAS; I CHOSE TO BECAUSE I NEEDED THEM.

Comment: My technician and I got off on the wrong foot. I got upset because it seemed he wanted to get more money out of me for a walk-in closet and tiny office space. But, when all was said and done, he only charged me for the original price I was quoted. Also, he did a very thorough job and I did end up happy.

Comment: I originally scheduled my appointment and the first technician did not show up on time and never called to say he was running late. The second technician at a later date more than made up for my inconvenience. I will use Dalworth again if I can always get the same technician. His equipment and knowledge of chem mixture & amount to use did a far superior job than when I previously used Dalworth. This guy should be a supervisor/inspector/teacher for your company.
