This is our first experience with Dalworth. Our Technicians were fabulous! Michael S. & Dalton P. should be commended for their courteous attitude and professionalism (we will ask for them again). We were very satisfied with Dalworth and will continue to use their services in the future. Best Carpet Cleaners around. We have never had such clean, deodorized carpets from any other service.
Description of Work: I had the customer Service agent first quote me a price for my cleaning needs. Then I told them I was an Angie's List Customer (they brought the price down). Next, I scheduled the appointment for a week and a half out and they reduced price even more. They cleaned the entire carpeted areas of our home and 1 very large area rug. I moved a lot of smaller pieces of furniture off the carpeted areas before they arrived to maximize the space to be cleaned. This made it easier for them and I could tell they appreciated it. They were able to remove all stains with the exception of 1 small red spot and 1 small dark spot in a closet (that was in the carpet when we purchased our home 8 years ago).

Both were extremely professional. The airduct tech too videos of each duct and showed exactly which ducts benefited from the cleaning more than others. The estimates were spot on, the work was performed diligently and at the end of the weekend I had nice clean carpets and a fresher home.
Description of Work: Dalworth sent out one tech to clean my airducts and dryer vent and another to clean my carpet.

the guys were professional, clean, courteous. answered any questions i had.

Fantastic!!!!!! Would definitely use again.
Description of Work: Did fantastic job. Cleaned carpet in all my bedrooms upstairs as well as the stairs. Spot cleaned areas that needed it. The gentleman that did the cleaning was prompt and very professional. The carpets look great and he also let me know of other things Dalworth could do. Very pleased.

After the initial cleaning we observed crud along the baseboards in a couple of rooms and a noticeable lack of deodorizing so we called to have them come back. Dalworth has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee - and they really mean it. The scheduler didn't question or argue with us, she simply made an appointment for the next convenient time (the following day). The team arrived on time and explained what they were going to do (again) and went about getting it done. They are professionals so its understandable that they were a little defensive at first about having to re-do a job. But they didn't cop an attitude, they were professional and courteous.
Description of Work: We purchased the premium service to clean a newly acquired rental property with badly soiled carpets. This included precleaning vacuuming, baseboards cleaned, carpet groomed and dried, and deodorizer applied.

I find Dalworth to be very dependable and can count on them to do a great job with cleaning my carpet. This was the first time I also had them clean my tile and grout and it was amazing!! I hadn't ever realized how dirty the grout was until it was cleaned. I highly recommend their service.

Description of Work: Dalworth cleaned two area rugs and did as good a job as could be done. I would definitely use them again.

Dalworth schedules within the week and arrives on time. My three-year old grandson was staying with me and I needed the rug to stay as clean as possible. The crew arrived on time, went over the stains on the rug and charged me the same as they have in the past. One week later the rug was delivered as I expected.
Description of Work: This is the third time I've used Dalworth to clean my oriental rug.

They did well. It looked good when they left. I was very comfortable with them working in my home.
Description of Work: I used Dalworth Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning.

I called and made appointment for carpet cleaning. They were able to give pricing by the number of rooms cleaned. We had 7 rooms and included pre-sweep, treat stains, move furniture, etc. Large fans were used to expedite drying and the carpets were only damp by the time he left and were completely dry by the next day. Agent showed up at the stated time and completed the work as requested. The quality of the work was very good and the carpets actually came out better then I had expected.
Description of Work: They swept, pre-treated and cleaned the carpet throughout the entire house (7 rooms). We have 2 dogs and a cat so the hair was plentiful and they did a remarkable job! Carpet looks much better then expected and dried quickly.

It was one of the best companies I have ever done business with. They were genuinely caring people who did exactly what they said, worked in our crazy time schedules. They scheduled us asap, gave us estimate and took rugs with care and attention to my home and furniture. Brought back beautifully cleaned rugs. I would use again and recommend them always!

They are very helpful and they move furniture. They are very courteous and on time. I've used them several times. They are very professional and I am very happy with them. Their price is probably above average but it is worth it.

They did a great job but it took them 2 trips. Our cat soiled our carpet and we had to have it cleaned. So we specifically told them why we needed the carpet cleaned. They picked up the carpet on time and returned it on time. While it looked great the first time, one could still smell the cat urine on the carpet. They took it back for a second cleaning, no question asked, and they did a very good job the second time. So overall good customer service, and quality work. I do recomend them and I would have given them straight As if it had been a one-time job!
