Tell us how we did!

I have used them before. I have used other name brand cleaners, and this company tends to call me and ask questions to make sure they are doing the job correctly. They don't hit me up for extra charges. They did a good job. They were kind of late this last time. It wasn't really an issue because it was an empty rental property.
Description of Work: They cleaned some carpets for me.

It is easy to give a company a good review when a project goes as expected, but the real measure of a company's committment to and reputation for customer service comes when a job goes awry as happened with my upholstery cleaning job. Dalworth made every effort to cure the problem themselves, and when that was not possilble, they made me whole again, more than living up to their excellent reputation.
Description of Work: I hired Dalworth for an upholstery cleaning job which, unfortunately, turned out badly.

The service was done correctly and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a very good job, got some difficult stains out of my carpet and it looked like new.

I found this provider on Angie's List and he did an awesome job. He is the most friendly, reasonable, knowledgeable service provider I have ever dealt with.
Description of Work: This service cleaned my carpets and my sofa.

The experience was good. The carpets got dirty really fast because we have a bunch of kids around, that maybe the reason why. They were responsive, and came on time. We will use their service again in the future.
Description of Work: We used Dalworth Clean Of Lewisville for carpet cleaning. The last time we used them was about 4-5 months ago. They cleaned the bunch of rugs, and the carpet

I called Dalworth and they sent people to look them over. They noted all imperfections[ loose threads etc.] and offered to clean and fix the rugs. They wrote details about every rug, tagged, rolled and took them to be cleaned. The rugs were brought back in a week and they are beautiful. The colors are vibrant again.I would use Dalworth again and will as soon as the rugs need cleaning. The people they sent were very professional and even moved furniture for me.
Description of Work: I have oriental rugs that needed cleaning. They were my mother's rugs.

I was not pleased with them. They did not do a thorough job. They were punctual, though. I will not use them again in the future.

It was a good experience and the work was good.
Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets.

They took out all our rugs and cleaned them. We have a lot of oriental rugs when we moved we took those and they did a fabulous job cleaning them. I just thought their service was excellent. They came in and took the carpets away and then they cleaned them at their site and brought them back. They removed the furniture and reinstalled them. It was just perfect. Their price was really good. I had 2-3 quotes before I chose them. My neighbors had used them before.

The carpets look great. I know my carpets were a real challenge but you would have never known from the technician. Great attitude and work.
Description of Work: I got 4 rooms and 2 rugs cleaned. Our carpets were a wreck and took extra time and they used a roto bruch cleaner versus the standard wand.

Very happy and I would call them again.
Description of Work: Had an emergency carpet cleaning, our dog defecated all over the living room. Dalworth came the same day we called and cleaned it well. Some stains (very light) remain but that was to be expected.

They were fast. I don’t think that the carpet was super clean afterwards, but they did do a good job as far as being in and out. I would possibly use them again.
Description of Work: I used the services of Dalworth Clean for carpet cleaning in June of last year.

We've used them for sixteen years and they are fantastic. Couple of years ago when we had a water damage, it was so bad that we were out of our home for three and a half months. It's a couple that run's it and they do fire and water damage restoration that’s associated with carpet cleaning and they also do tile grout. They are just top notch people. They couldn't have improved, it was unbelievable and I'm a pain in the butt to prove previous leads. They didn't mess up the house when they did it and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They left the house in fantastic shape.
Description of Work: We used Dalworth Clean for carpet cleaning two months ago.

I was very pleased with both services and the professionalism of the staff both in the office and in my home. There were no problems with scheduling. It was well worth the cost and I will call them again.
Description of Work: I moved my mother to skilled nursing and needed to have the carpet cleaned in her house before I listed it to sell. I was given a price on the phone. I had a man and his son come to the house and clean the carpets. They did an excellent job and I asked them if they had time to do some other areas and they did. I was very pleased with their work and their willingness to do the other areas. I would certainly ask for them again. I also had four of her area rugs picked up, cleaned and delivered back to the house. One was a very large needlepoint rug and they quickly picked up the rugs and delivered them on the day that they committed to. They placed the rugs down and put all the furniture back on the rugs, including moving a piano. I was surprised at how brilliant the colors were and how fresh the rugs smelled.

Great communication. Were there when I called, talked to a real person Were at the house when they said they would be (called to let me know they were coming). Very Professional. Did what they said for the amount they said it would cost.
Description of Work: I live with two men and three dogs. I needed the carpets cleaned and I had a very short time line. I called on Monday, they were here on Wednesday. Did a great job; were professional; and timely. Would I hire them again? Yes.

They came out here when they said they would. They were very nice and very efficient. I had worked with an independent carpet cleaner earlier, but they hadn't really moved much furniture around. Dalworth Clean moved the couch and cleaned underneath it. They moved things around well. They were great. I got the ultimate service because I have animals and so forth. They used deodorants and everything for the cleaning. I really liked the work that they did.
Description of Work: I used Dalworth Clean for carpet cleaning. They covered a large family room and a small bedroom.

I was able to set an appointment at my desired time online which was very convenient. I received a live phone call confirmation. On the day of the service, my person got struck in traffic (it was an 8 a.m. appt) but I was telephoned and notified of new estimated arrival time which I appreciated. Service was done thoroughly, no hard attempt at upselling.
Description of Work: Carpets were cleaned on upper level of townhome (bedroom, loft, hallway, two staircases. The only issue I had (and it applies o all carpet cleaners) is that truck mounted carpet cleaning is more effective but is not an option above the second floor.

They picked up the rug and dropped it off and made sure that it was trouble-free for us. They did a real good job on the carpet.

Derek Rawls and his assistant arrived a bit ahead of schedule. He went through the quote, we discussed additional options and alternatives, confirmed what needed to be done and they promptly went to work. They did an awesome job.

They are on time and very professional. They are fast and hard workers.
Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets and vents. They also, buffed and shined my italian tile. I use them all the time.

The woman who took my initial phone call was very friendly and professional. Plus, she followed-up on my rather unreasonable request to see if there might be anyone willing/able to work on a Sunday. We are grateful to her and the tech (Owner) who came out to do the work. The quality of the work was great. Many thanks!
Description of Work: Request for tile and grout to be cleaned in large kitchen & nook, two small corridors, one large master bathroom, and two small bathrooms.

We used Dalworth Clean because it is a large company and it is easy to get a hold of them. If the job was not done correctly we could easily get them back out quickly.
