Comment: The original technician was late, but once he got there and did the work I was very pleased. I was kept informed that he has issues going on that day he could not help. My overall experience was good.

Comment: This survey tool needs work. I have had to touch each selection multiple times before a circle would darken. Also, your tech arrived in an unmarked vehicle. So was not going to open the door. And when I did, there was not obvious logo as it was covered with a jacket. I requested some identification since he was in plain clothes. He did not show me anything but did open his jacket so I could see the Dalworth logo on his Izod shirt. You need better signage on ALL of your vehicles.
