Comment: Marcio, our technician, provided excellent service. I'll ask for him again Re # 8 -- when I talked with the phone rep. I asked it there were any "specials" available. None were mentioned, but this week there was a special if there were to be 4 areas cleaned. Perhaps, if the special was available last week, I would have added an additional room to take advantage of it.

Comment: I don't know where you find members of your crew but don't change. The techs were outstanding and extremely competent and hard working. Your dispatcher, Laura was extremely good at her job and kept in contact with us from start to finish. Her and the two techs deserve an extra cookie for break time. Keep up the good work.
