Comment: I had a 3 year old little boy here when they came to clean the ducts and it was his birthday, the technician gave him a dollar for his birthday, it made his day. you have great techs working for you. He also did a fantastic job and was a very nice man.

Comment: Stephen was great -- my carpets were really dirty and he got them so perfect. He worked really hard. When I have my carpets cleaned again, I would ask for Stephen again.

Comment: Not sure how long it took the carpets to dry. We went out of town after Costel left but they were dry on Sunday when we got back. I was very very happy with the way my carpets came out after they were cleaned. I didn't think most of the stains would come out but they did. Costel was very professional as well as very nice to talk to. You have a wonderful employee. I will definately use you again and request Costel!!!!

Comment: the first teck was a no show. was called at 4pm at the end of time frame told that he bailed and did not let anyone know . said they would set up any time. so we did sat I add a room and some more service teck discount some to try to help out on the messup.could of been little better was going to cancel altogether.carpet was treated for pet order a little pricey.
