Comment: Our technician was Sam Geanes. He was professional, knowledgable and effecient. Everything he told us was accurate. He said that the odor from the cleaning solution would dissapate wtihin an hour and it did. He said that the carpets would take 6 - 8 hours to dry and he was right. I will definitely use Dalworth again and will request Sam to provide the service. Thank you so much.

Comment: Since we only have two rooms of carpet in our home, we end up paying a price of over $50 per room, so it's not as good of a deal for us as it is for someone who has more rooms and gets it for $33 per room.
