Comment: Since I went with the middle option which included drying fans, I think you should indicate how long the fans will be in place. While the fans were very helpful on the areas that were done first the master bedroom and the stairs were done last. The stairs being a higher traffic area remained damp throughout the night. I would have like to see the fans left on longer to ensure quicker drying. I did not say anything to the technician and perhaps I should have. Overall, the work was very well done and I was satisified. My concern is that since the stairs remained damp dirt will show faster as it may well have been tracked on especially since I have 5 children. I will use your service again. Thank you.

Comment: Cassandra was the representative that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. She had such a pleasant demeanor. She had a great voice and was happy. Later I had called back and Cassandra happened to answer the phone again... I had called back to cancel my appt. because ZeroRez had quoted me a better price. Cassandra explained to me (without being pushy) that I should reconsider, and listed the reasons why I should reconsider. She was so pleasant on the phone to me that it triggered me to remember the ZeroRez representative was not courteous or pleasant and it was because of Cassandra that I kept the appt. with Dalworth. George was my technician and he was very pleasant. He made sure I understood the process and then began his work. He was a good representative for Dalworth . I was pleased to have George as my technician.

I have used Dalworth many times and Derek Rawls has been the technician for the last 3 times. I scheduled the service on line. Derek arrived within the expected window of time. I have dogs, so Derek's job was cut out for him. I had him move furniture to clean baseboards etc. He had cleaned the tile in the kitchen before and it was a dramatic improvement so decided to have all the tile cleaned this time. I have some original tile in one of the bathrooms (my house is 60 years old). He said he was not sure if he could get the grout to its original white. It turned out great - the grout is perfectly white. This was a much better result than when I tried to clean it with a toothbrush and grout cleaner. Derek is always very professional and thorough. He had me check everything to make sure I was satisfied. He answered some questions I had regarding replacement carpet. I will definitely use him again. Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 5 rooms; cleaned upholstery on 2 chairs and love seat; steam cleaned and sealed tile in large bathroom, back hall, utility room, front bathroom and kitchen.

Comment: I really like Gary and Kathy Taylor and will be using them for all my carpet care needs. Gary worked with me during nasty icey weather to make sure he could do the carpets when I needed them. He kept me informed of arrival times and how long it would take and was nice about my dogs. I really appreciate them and only wish more people were like Gary and Kathy. I will only be using them in the future

Comment: there is still a faint order in our carpert, I cant tell if its the solution that was used was old or the water was stale and not very fresh,or more cleaning needs to be done due to the pet mess that started this ordeal. Please contact me regarding an additional cleaning

Comment: We requested George because he does a wonderful job and is very nice. We will be using Dalworth more often because of George. Dalworth sent George to us in November for our appointment, when we need our carpets cleaned again after the Holidays we did not hesitate because George was GREAT!!!!

Comment: Enrique explained what methods Dalworth uses to clean furniture. He even called the manufacturer because the cleaning method to use was unclear from the factory. He discussed options and spent quite a lot of time going over the sofa to make sure I would be pleased and that all of the dirt and oils was removed. I was very pleased with his professionalism.
