Best service ever! Pasquale did an excellent job of cleaning 2 chairs and a tufted bench for me. They looked brand new. Also had an area rug cleaned. So wish I had done this earlier. Am putting it on my calendar for a yearly occurrence. I suffer from allergies and this went a long way to get SO much dust removed. Thank you so much.

I had a unfortunate self-inflicted water leak. I called Dalworth they said they didn't think they would be able to have someone here till later afternoon. The leak occurred at 10am. I received a call from Wade stating he would be here within about 45 minutes. Upon his arrival he quickly accessed my situation and had his tech arrive. They put the Fans and dryers in within 2 hours of the leak. Then over the next 5 days several techs came out to tear out and check the progress. I will say there was not 1 tech that came out that was not friendly. They even worked with my insurance to make sure that my insurance did not take advantage of me. I never saw a bill, I never had a call about making a payment. They worked completely with the insurance. This was the best decision for this issue. Great work from the 1st call to the end. Thank you!

I hired Dalworth to clean my entire home's carpets yesterday. This is not the first time I have used them. Mike's team showed up and spent 3 hours doing the large home as a move-out cleaning. They took their time and paid a lot of attention to detail. Mike said he has been in the industry for decades. Some companies rush in and out, but they painstakingly took time to do it right the first time. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

He was able to get stain outs my previous carpet guy couldn’t. He was very friendly and worked efficiently. Monty made the interaction smooth.
