Comment: The work was completed satisfactorily but I had to ask the technician to clean the baseboards and edges as stated in the terms of the order.He said it includes only the tile and grout cleaning so I had to show him the terms listed on the online order. I shouldn't have had to do that and I would have thought, with his apparent level of experience that that was part of the cleaning. Disappointed that I had to do that.

Comment: The steps were pretty dirty before the Dalworth team got here. They did an awesome job! But there were some spots that still needed attention on the stairs. I know it was difficult for them to see it until it dried. Overall great work though.
