Comment: I have used Dilworth for the past 20 years usually the spot removal is unbeatable. The carpet looks like new after each service. This time there were a few spots remaining. I don't know what the spots were since older kids were upstairs, but they are usually less visible after spot treatment and cleaning.

Comment: Did not get a call before arrival as requested; I had to scramble to get ready and the tech did not offer to help. What he did clean was fine.

Absolutely perfect. Chris showed up exactly when scheduled. He went above and beyond explaining and asking exactly what I wanted. Cleaned my carpets BETTER than they have ever been cleaned before. And yes, I've had Dalworth clean my carpets previously. But Chris was absolutely the best! Will ask for his services again. Going to contact after the holidays. Fabulous experience.

Comment: My technician, Alberto, was very thorough and conscientious. He did an excellent job. I will request him the next time I have my carpets cleaned. I thought he was much better than the last couple of technicians who have been at my house. He was also very professional and hard working.

Comment: The first technician was courteous and explained what was to be done. However, the first job was not satisfactory, so I called for a re-do. The re-do was done on yesterday (11th) and was excellent so far. The Owner/manager came out, was professional, courteous, and assured my wife and I that the job would be completed satisfactorily. The technicians were courteous and went about their job professionally, explaining every step. Great Job and the response to my home was ahead of time..
